Ocean Certification Limited is a limited company that provides certification to organisations in the fields of quality, safety and environment.
Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we provide services in the UK and overseas which address environmental issues. We are aware that as an organisation we have a relatively small direct environmental impact and that we contribute most to environmental improvement in the quality of our services to our clients.
We have made the following commitments to help us achieve our overall business aims. These are as follows:
- To assure a high standard of service to our clients through compliance with ISO 17021 and adoption of the principles of ISO 14001
- To ensure that we comply with all relevant legal and other requirements
- To develop new products and services that meet the ever-changing needs of the environment and which seek to prevent pollution
- To seek continual improvement in our environmental performance by assessing that performance in all areas and setting and meeting specified objectives
- To ensure that our staff achieve the highest standards through qualifications, experience and training
